He was predeceased by: his father John Lewis Wyatt, Sr.; and his sister Emma Wilcox. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Johnston Wyatt (Micki); his daughters, LaVonda Wyatt-Everhart (Mark) of North Wilkesboro and Johnell Ashe (Steve) of Richmond, Virginia; his grandchildren, Amanda Everhart, Stephen Everhart, Wyatt Ashe and Mitchell Ashe; his siblings, Buford Wyatt of North Wilkesboro and Shelba Walker (Doc) of Galax, Virginia; his sister-in-law Gertrude Wyatt; and his niece Glenda Roten of North Wilkesboro.
Due to Covid-19, the service for John will be private.
