He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lee and Mary Doris Bouchelle Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Lewis of North Wilkesboro; his daughters, Mandy Lewis (Stephanie) of Marshall, NC and Linda Miller of Hays; his grandchildren, Lindsey Miller of Hays, Miken Shelton of Marshall, NC and Kenzie Shelton of Marshall, NC; his great grandchild Kyleigh Anderson of Hays; his brothers, Donald Lewis (Renee) of North Wilkesboro and Tommy Lewis (Renay) of Wilkesboro; his niece Heather Cannon (Kaison) of North Wilkesboro; and his great-nephew Maddox Cannon of North Wilkesboro.
