She is survived by: her sons, Lloyd Harold Burgess, Jr. of North Wilkesboro, Eric Andrew Burgess of Cricket and Charles Eugene Burgess (Kimberly Nelson) of Asheville; her sister Ida Mae Nichols of Cricket; her grandchildren, Erica Lynn Mitchell (Justin), Miranda Burgess, Kasey Burgess, Wesley Burgess (Thereisa), Josh Burgess and Megan Burgess; and her great grandchildren, Ryan Burgess, Skylar Burgess, Leah Shew, Justin Mitchell and Gavin Mongold.
