He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvan Kilby and Ella Maie Faw Kilby. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Israel Kilby; his son Jerry Sylvan Kilby (Bud); and his siblings, Virginia K. Caudill (Gary) of Millers Creek and Terry Kilby (Janice) of Millers Creek. He is also survived by three grandchildren and one great grandchild.
The family requests that all in attendance please wear a mask and observe social distancing.
