He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ivey Clay, Temple Sanders of Lenoir, Maynard and Della Coffey of Lenoir. He is survived by: his wife Jade Herron Sanders; his children, Mirabelle River, Ephraim Milo and Arlo Clark; his parents, Jacob Sanders and Patricia Coffey Sanders of Wilbar; his parents-in-law, David and Jerolyn Herron of Florence, AL; his brothers, Jacob Douglas Sanders (Lesley) of Wilbar and Joshua Clay Sanders of Wilbar; his nephew Ross; and his niece Rachel Meeks. He is also survived by children, and numerous relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home (270 Armory Rd, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Reins - Sturdivant Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, the Wilkesboro Church of Christ has set up a fund to support Jeff's beloved children. Checks may be made to the church and sent to P.O. Box 81, Wilkesboro, NC 28697.
