He is survived by: his spouse Queenie Transeau; his children, Kim Rhodes, Carrie Transeau of Maryland, Kevin Rhodes (Angie) of Wilkes, James Transeau Jr. of Maryland and Micheal Transeau of Maryland; his grandchildren, Kyle Rhodes of Wilkes, Trenton Rhodes of Wilkes, Krystin Judkins of Maryland, Kaytlin Judkins of Maryland, Kylee Transeau of Maryland, Madison Transeau of Maryland and Willa Transeau of Maryland; his great grandchildren, Ryland Westcott of Maryland and Ryder Westcott of Maryland; his grandchildren, Church, Seve Cannon of Wilkes, Dorothy Sturgill of Wilkes and Kayla Sturgill of Wilkes; and his siblings, Sylvia Edsel (Johnny) and Sidney Transeau (Donna).
