It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Clyde Holloway of North Wilkesboro, North Carolina, who passed away on February 23, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Holloway and Belva Mae Holloway; his former wife Barbara Jean Wyatt Holloway; and his siblings, Joseph, Jasper, Ina Mae and Mary.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Hall Holloway; his children, Michael Todd Holloway of North Wilkesboro, Jackie Harrold (Johnny) of North Wilkesboro, Rockie Lynne (Susan) of Statesville, Melinda Holloway-Fowler (Tim) of Purlear and Tonya Wood (Tracy) of North Wilkesboro; his stepchildren, Darren Shumate (Lisa) of North Wilkesboro and Delores Rhoades (Bruce) of North Wilkesboro; and his niece Renee Kyle of North Wilkesboro. He is also survived by four grandchildren; four great grandchildren; four step grandchildren; nine step great grandchildren.
