He is survived by: his children, Rita Ann Winfrey (Odell) of Yadkinville, Debbie Church (Mark) of Wilkesboro and James Hubert Billings, Jr. of Millers Creek; his siblings, Helen Cockerham, Mildred Burcham, Earlene Poplin (Kenneth), Gerri Jordan and Donald Billings; his grandchildren, Paula Bryant (Scott), Tracy Lowe (David), Stevie Blankenship and Sara Mosteller (Bryson); his great grandchildren, Rodney Lowe, Taylor Lowe, Katelyn Blankenship and Ansley Bryant; and his great great grandchild Dalton Lowe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
