She is survived by: her husband Herman Spencer Chambers; her daughters, Marlene Chambers Schiftan (Michael) of Winston Salem and Kathy Chambers Morrison (Dwayne) of Statesville; her grandchildren, Harrison Littell, Olivia-Grace Reaume and Spencer Morrison; her great grandchildren, James Littell, Jack Littell, Emmaline Reaume, Emerson Reaume and Brixton Morrison; her siblings, Shelby Blackburn (Farris) of North Wilkesboro, Elean Earp of North Wilkesboro, Peggy Walton of Elkin, William Bill Blackburn of North Wilkesboro, Marvin Blackburn (Betty) of North Wilkesboro, Raymond Blackburn of North Wilkesboro, Kent Blackburn of North Wilkesboro, Danny Blackburn (Paulette) of North Wilkesboro, Mike Blackburn (Carol) of North Wilkesboro and Terry Blackburn (Nancy) of North Wilkesboro; and her brother-in-law Paul Chambers (Marie) of North Wilkesboro. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM at the Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home (270 Armory Rd, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Reins - Sturdivant Chapel. A burial was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at the Mountlawn Memorial Park (196 Fan Key Rd, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659).
