He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Helton and Arffi Mae Cook Helton; his children, Earl Wayne Helton and Mary Louise Helton; and his siblings, Mallie Marsh, Glade Goins, Gladys Helton, Bertha Adams, Roberta Hutchins, Robert, Lewis, Cryrus and Clearnace Helton.
He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Helton and Dena Triplett; and his siblings, Flora March, Martha G Key, James W. Helton and Fletcher Helton. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
