He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Fletcher and Bertha Rhodes Fletcher; his wife Dorothy Eller Fletcher; and his siblings, Sylvia Smithey, Hazel Burgess, Lula Mae Klutz, Fern Duncan, Guy Fletcher, Bruce Fletcher and John Henry Fletcher.
He is survived by: his children, Wanda Kesinger (Michael) of Lexington, Peggy Dyke (Rodney) of Shreveport, Elaine Fletcher of Thomasville, Richard Fletcher (Sonya) of Thomasville, Penni Rash (Tim) of Hays and Victoria Bell (Jeff) of North Wilkesboro; and his brother Ralph Fletcher of Moravian Falls.
