She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Buford Blackburn; her children, Melissa Blackburn Galloway (Nolan) of Greensboro and Jeff Blackburn (Tracie) of Lumberton; her grandchildren, Hannah Blackburn, Jenna Blackburn and Caleb Blackburn; and her brother Jerry Bauguess (Carolyn) of Lewisville.
