He is survived by: his wife Carol Elizabeth Brooks Osborne; his daughter Karen Osborne Smith (Keith) of Traphill; his grandchildren, Tabitha Smith Hudler (Lonnie "Jason" Hudler) and Dustin Keith Smith (Monica Rhoades Smith); his great grandchildren, Tyler Mantle Hudler, Karlee McKenzi Smith and Jaycee Mae Smith; and his brother Johnny Osborne (Linda) of Ennice. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
