He is survived by: his children, Johnny Eugene Church of North Wilkesboro, Matthew Boyd Church (Haillee) of Wilbar, Gina Hall (Gregory) of Hays, Lori Kohlmeier (Eric) of Wilkesboro and April Transeau (Roger) of Hays; his grandchildren, Maria, Matthew, Monica, Chance, Hunter, Autumn, Philip, Noah, Brittany, Zoey, Reid and Cameron; his great grandchildren, Marcy, LuLu, Phoebe, Heaven, August, Brooks and Hailey; and his siblings, Marvin Church of North Wilkesboro, Mack Church of Ohio, Pansy Shepherd of Millers Creek and Betty Jennings (Barney) of Mulberry.
