With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elsie West of North Wilkesboro, North Carolina, who passed away on March 31, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Davenport and Maggie Deal Davenport; her husband Max Edward West; her son Mark Edward West; and her sisters, Shirley Wilson and Helen Davenport.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda West (Randy) of Moravian Falls, Cathy Gentle (Robby) of North Wilkesboro and Jeanne Osborne (Michael) of Purlear; her grandchildren, Larissa Barnes, Monica Poe, Danielle Kelly, Joshua Walker, Elizabeth Walker, Brittney Pardue and Andrew Osborne; and her great grandchildren, Calyssa Little, Graylen Barnes, Connor Church, Omari Kelly, Nemiah Poe, Paxton Poe, Troy Poe, Maxwell Poteat and Adaline Grace Osborne.
