He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wiley and Nannie Isabelle Eblen Walker; and his siblings, Lucille Fletcher, Francis Higgins, Ruby Walker, Dora Duff, Alma Jackson, Smith Walker and Fred Walker.
He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Ann Cain (Charles) of Boomer, Bernice Walker of North Wilkesboro and Barbara Chandler of Knoxville, TN; and also Tonya Kimmer. He is also survived by twelve nieces and nephews.
