He was predeceased by: his parents, James Eddie "Mutt" Campbell and Jane Elizabeth Johnson Campbell. He is survived by: his fiancée Tonya Clonch; his children, Victoria Fracassi of North Wilkesboro, Amber Hawkins (Arnold) of Hays, Leeza Handy of Millers Creek and Dusty Campbell of North Wilkesboro; his stepson Timothy McHargue of Shelby; and his siblings, Marsha Campbell of North Wilkesboro and James "Shawn" Campbell. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
