She was predeceased by: her parents, James T. Hall and Lura Belle Brown Hall; her husband Russell Glen Royal; and her brothers, Steve Howard Hall and Robert Lewis Hall.
She is survived by: her son James Howard Royal of North Wilkesboro; her grandson Jeffrey Glen Royal of North Wilkesboro; and her siblings, Anna H. Dancy, Jerry L. Hall, Walter O. Hall and Larry W. Hall. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
