He is survived by: his wife Judy Davis Dollar; his sons, Jamie Ray Osborne (Kimberly) of Grassy Creek and Joseph Osborne (Christie) of North Wilkesboro; his siblings, Daniel Dollar (Betty) of Morganton and Dorothy Penwell of Morganton; his grandchildren, Logan Osborne (Alexis) and Kaylyn Osborne; his nephew Billy Alman; and his pets, Cotton Top and Smudge.
