He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wister and Rachel Jordan Allred; and his brothers, Ronald Lee Allred and Garney Allred. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Absher Allred of North Wilkesboro; his children, Linda Allred of North Wilkesboro and James Allred of Greensboro; and his grandchildren, Katherine Lane of North Wilkesboro and Logan Adkins of Winston Salem.
