She is survived by: her son Jay Vannoy (Beth) of Wilkesboro; her siblings, Mary Louise Transou (Hal) of Tallahassee, Florida and Joseph E. Coleman, Jr. (Diane) of Hickory; and her grandchildren, Tate and Alec Vannoy.
