She is survived by: her son Anthony Curtis Lackey of North Wilkesboro; and her siblings, Tony Lackey (Pam) of North Wilkesboro, Perry Phillips (Rita) of Wilkesboro and Lynn Chambers of Wilkesboro. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
