He is survived by: his children, Julie Call (Steven) of Wilkesboro, Jimmy Shew (Joyce) of Wilkesboro and John Paul Riddle of Roaring River; his grandchildren, Duncan Dula, Amber Dula, Elizabeth Long (Jacob), Victoria Carter, Tiffany Call and Tyler Call; his great grandchildren, Penelope Elledge and Colt Eller; and his sisters, Pauline Souther of North Wilkesboro and Virginia Rider of Greenville, SC..
