He is survived by: his wife Brenda Billings; his children, Jennifer Billings of Hays, Matthew Billings of Hays, Steven Billings of Hays, Michael Billings of Hays, Joshua Sturgill of Hays, Christopher Sturgill of Hays and Raymond Sturgill of Hays; his siblings, Doris Billings, Robert Billings (Dee) of Hays and Donald Billings of Hays; and his grandchildren, Daniel Billings of Hays, Deven Billings of Hays and Leland Sturgill of Hays.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home of Wilkes Chapel (2109 Moravian Falls Rd, Moravian Falls, NC 28654).
