It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Edgar Billings of North Wilkesboro, North Carolina, who passed away on August 26, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Billings and Nellie Key Billings; his sisters, Shirley Billings Miles and Raydell Billings Blackburn; and his nephews, Ronald Dexter Elmore and Kevin Dale Robinson.

He is survived by: his nieces, Galene Staley (Jeffrey) of Wilkesboro, Karen Earp (George) of Hickory, Teresa Harbison (Robert) of Jefferson, Georgia, Erica Robinson of Hudson and Kathy Elledge (Rick) of Wilkesboro; his nephew Brent Blackburn of North Wilkesboro; and his brother-in-law Clyde Blackburn of North Wilkesboro.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Meals on Wheels, 710 Veterans Drive, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659.
