He is survived by: his sons, Scottie Perry (Loretta) of North Wilkesboro, Dustan Perry of Texas and Derek Perry of North Wilkesboro; and his sister Savannah Souther (Calvin) of North Wilkesboro. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
