He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Wagoner and Wilma Grace Wagoner; and his wife Margie Pennington Wagoner. He is survived by: his children, Patty Howard (William), Carlos Bare of Ennice and Marcus Pennington of McGrady; and his grandchildren, Brandon Bare, Brittany Bell, Austin Brackins and Sara Pennington. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
