He is survived by: his wife Mary Royal Owensby; his children, Diane Peters (Tim) of Lancaster, PA and Paul Owensby (Chrys) of Lancaster, PA; his grandchildren, Emil (Peters) of Lancaster, PA and Chase Owensby of Lancaster, PA; and his siblings, Catherine Leska (Harry) of Lancaster, PA, James Owensby (Patricia) of Cochranville, PA and Joseph Owensby of Texas. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
