She was predeceased by: her father Carl Church; and her brothers, Morris, Vaughn, Jessie and Norris Church.
She is survived by: her mother Rita Faye Trivette Church of Wilkesboro; her children, Ashlynn Brooke Roten (C. J.) and Justin Ryan Roten; her siblings, Robin Lynn Morgan (Justin) of McGrady, Jody Carl Church of Millers Creek, Jason Neil Church of Wilkesboro and Corrie Nolan Church (Britt) of Millers Creek; her half-siblings, Mary Kilby, Gail Kilby, Jan Dyer, Hon Church, Horace Church, Dwight Church and Wayne Church; and her nieces and nephews, Amber Sweet, Terra Wilmoth, Matthew Church, Devin Church, Connor Wilmoth, Prestyn Morgan and Brody Johnston.
