She is survived by: her husband Eugene Church; her children, Gina Hall (Gregory) of Hays, Lori Church of North Wilkesboro, April Wilburn (Roger) of Hays, Johnny Eugene Church of North Wilkesboro and Matthew Boyd Church (Haillee) of Millers Creek; her grandchildren, Maria Church, Matthew Church, Monica Church, Brittany Church, Zoey Church, Reed Church, Cameron Hall, Noah Hall, Chance Kohlmeier, Autumn Transeau, Hunter Transeau and Philip Wilburn; and her brother Paul Henderson of Statesville. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
