Michael Church (Kelly) of North Wilkesboro, Delores Church Welborn (Mike) of North Wilkesboro and Tonya Church Johnson (Radford) of Boomer; her grandchildren, Devin Teague (Kayla) of North Wilkesboro, Justin Church (Jessica) of Wilkesboro, Brooke Mitchell (Isaiah) of North Wilkesboro, Tori Johnson of Boomer, Presley Welborn (James) of North Wilkesboro and Micah Church of North Wilkesboro; and her great grandchildren, Amelia Church, Avery Mitchell, Emma Mitchell, Claire Mitchell, Clark Mitchell, Aliyah Mitchell and Devin Weston Teague.
