It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betsy Corrine Waugh Carver of North Wilkesboro, North Carolina, who passed away on February 11, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Waugh and Daisy Waugh; her husband Rubin H. Carver; and her sons, Henry, Reggie, Bubba and Michael.
She is survived by: her daughter Joan "Beverly" Carver; her grandchildren, Andrea "Yvette", Tameka, Kent, Jason, Shieve, David, Nakisha, Shana, Louis, Sean and Timothy; and her sister Martha Kate Waugh Barnes. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
