We are sad to announce that on November 4, 2022, at the age of 88, Barbara McNeil of North Wilkesboro, North Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Barbara McNeil to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew R. Johnston and Nell Barlow Johnston McClain; her husband William Roscoe McNeil; and her daughter Janet Kay McNeil. She is survived by: her son William David McNeil of North Wilkesboro; her grandchildren, Michael McNeil (Jessica) of North Wilkesboro, Alicia McNeil (Keith) of North Wilkesboro and Kristen Williams (Richie) of North Wilkesboro; her great grandchildren, Kailey, Brooke, Cameron, Noah McNeil, Garrett, Zachery, Caitlyn Lovette and Lynnon Williams; and her brother Phillip Johnston (Brenda) of Troutman.
