He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Wyatt and Raydell Kilby Wyatt; his daughter Betsy Lynn Johnson; and his grandson Matthew Paul Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane Ward Wyatt; his children, Debbie Brown (David) and Tommy Wyatt (Vicky); his grandchildren, Tabitha Baxter (Eric), Miranda Johnson and Ethan Wyatt; and his brother Cecil Wyatt (Betty) of Statesville. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
