We are sad to announce that on February 4, 2019, at the age of 88, Annie Sue (Wilkes) Cook (North Wilkesboro, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elisha Lamor Welborn and Annie Mae Roberts Welborn; her husband James "Harold" Cook; and her brother Raeford Welborn. She is survived by: her friend Rita Jones; her daughter Suzette East (Tony) of East Bend; and her grandchildren, Kayden of East Bend, Rachel of East Bend, Madelyn of East Bend, Magnus East of East Bend and Clare Bolt of Florida.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to Whiskers Rescue Foundation P.O. box 293 East Bend, NC 27018.
