She was predeceased by: her parents, Oid Porter and Vella Johnson Porter; and her husband Thomas Lee Bell, Sr.. She is survived by: her son Thomas Lee Bell, Jr. of North Wilkesboro; and her siblings, Beulah Porter Hemric of North Wilkesboro, Mildred Porter Pierce of Roaring River and Wayne Porter. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
