She was predeceased by: her father Randall Stuart Shumate, Sr.; her spouse Jerry Dean Chastain; and her brother Mark Anthony Shumate. She is survived by: her mother Doris Shumate of McGrady; her daughter Amber Cahill; her grandson Brantley Chastain of Roaring River; and her brothers, Randall Stuart Shumate, Jr. (Beth) of McGrady and Eric Shea Shumate of McGrady.
