He is survived by: his parent Anna MacNeill Kelley; his wife Judy Kelley; his children, Cheryl Kelley of Stafford, VA, Raymond Kelley (Martha) of Springfield, VA, John Kelley (Marilynn) of Bowie, MD and Brenda Olio (Chris) of Richmond, VA; his grandchildren, Julia Kelley, David Kelley, Connor Olio and Brandon Olio; and his daughter Linda Kelley.
