Retired C. Scott Hoover (Laura) of Burke, VA and Cindy S. Wisbith (Brian); his grandchildren, Faith Hoover, Nathaniel Wisbith and Claire Hoover; and his siblings, Charles Hoover II (Mary) and Kay.
