She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Lowdermilk and Margaret Ellerbe Lowdermilk. She is survived by: her son Christopher Harvey (Elizabeth) of Raleigh; her grandsons, William, Graham and Jackson Harvey; her brother Michael Lowdermilk (Pamela) of Rocky Point; her niece Amanda Lowdermilk; and her aunt Carol Chappell of Ellerbe.
