She is survived by: her children, Pamela Michelle Capps (Aaron), Christina Capps Ebron (Eddie), Christopher Kyle Carroll (Candace) and Ashley Nicole Carroll; her siblings, Butch Hayes, Anne Hayes Hine, Cathy Hendrick Weeks, Jan Hayes Bishop and Charles Hayes; her grandchildren, Brianna Skye Lehman, Sean Michael Segura, Makayla Ann Pernell, Michael Thomas Powell, Carly Blake Carroll and Coverson Jax Carroll; and her great grandchildren, Brycen Blaine Lehman and Bailey Cole Lehman. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers that memorials be made to the Zion Church Building Fund.
