She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Thomas and Irene Felts Bolton. She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Vaughan Pitchford, Barbara V. Aycock, Kathy M. Jones and Cynthia M. McCain; and her siblings, Alice B. Jenkins and Danny Bolton. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty four great grandchildren.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers that memorials be directed to the Zion United Methodist Church.
