Lewis Taylor Roberson Obituary

Lewis "Jack" Taylor Roberson, 73, passed away on April 13, 2025, at his home in Norlina. He was born on January 8, 1952 to the late May Allgood Roberson and Samuel Taylor. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Charles; his sisters Margie, Carol, Jessie; his dogs Fluffy and Pebbles that were like his own children.

Left to cherish his memories are his sister Emily; many nieces and nephews whom he helped raise including Jeff, Charlene, Bryan, Tisha and Kenny; River, Kensley, Kaden, and several more great nieces and nephews that he loved; and a long list of people who cared about him deeply.

Jack worked at KFC on Raleigh Road in Henderson for 47 years, He spent the rest of his time with his dogs, his family, building model semi trucks, listening to his favorite music, going on walks and fishing, Jack loved to go out and talk to everyone. He never met a stranger and loved with all his heart.

A memorial service will be held at Lancaster Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 4 pm. Friends and family will be received following the service.
