It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cleo Allen Lee of Norlina, North Carolina, who passed away on November 15, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleophas Randolph Allen, Sr. and Maggie Hicks Allen; her sons, George O'Neal Allen and Jason E. Lee; and her siblings, Lucy A. Champion, Joyce Allen, Raymond Hicks and John "Sonny" Hicks.
She is survived by: her children, Robert G. Allen (Debby) and Brandy S. Lee of Henderson, NC; her grandchildren, Larry Bagby, Khyeem Scurry, Kendra Allen, Phyllis Bagby, Sha (Allen), Kowanii Brunstorff and Da'von Allen; her great grandchildren, Tyler Bagby, Kyle Bagby, Kali Scurry and Kailani Scurry; her siblings, Martha B. Allen of Henderson, NC, Theola L. Allen of Henderson, NC, Gertrude A. Wilkins of Henderson, NC, Elenora Bagby (George) of Henderson, NC, Florence Hicks Taylor (Bernard) of Henderson, NC, Katie Purnell of Henderson, NC, Josephine Allen of Jamaica, NY, Vivian Carpenter (Jewel) of Reston, VA, Cleophas R. Allen, Jr. (Pearl) of Henderson, NC, Ralph Hicks (Maureen) of Corona, NY, Clinton Hicks (Sylvia) of Matthews, NC and William Hicks of Durham, NC; and her sister-in-law Barbara Hicks of Henderson, NC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
