She was predeceased by: her parents, Hamlet Vando Crowder and Hettie Gupton Crowder; and her stepfather Stover. She is survived by: her stepsister Hallie Wheeler (Macon) of Butner; her children, Kevin Rooker of Raleigh, Beverly Rooker Fleming (Tommy) of Henderson, Jennifer Vroman (Rich) of Lake Royale and Jonathan Rooker (Stacy) of Sanford, NC.; and her great grandchildren, Justin (Kelly), Dallas, Austyn Paynter, Cameron Paynter, Jesse (Cassie), Parker Paynter, Nathan, Dylan Paynter, Megan Rooker, Kristopher (Tara), Elias, Ada Pupilli and Cash Rooker.
The family asks that memorials in memory of Betty be directed to the Warren County Animal Ark.
