He is survived by: his children, Alesia Griffith of Conover, Brian Early of Conover and William (Phlicia Early) of Conover; and his siblings, Helen Connor of Newton, Mary Woods Elizabeth Gabriel, Virginia Ramseur, Judy Connor and John Lewis Woods. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
