William Comby Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Comby (Newton, North Carolina), who passed away on November 24, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Burchard Comby and Alice Mae Little Comby; and his grandson Matthew Deal. He is survived by: his children, Alicia Deal (Bruce) of Hickory, Jeanne Jarrett (Robert) of Conover, Teresa Childers (Eric Stoker) of Conover and William Blake Comby of Conover; his grandchildren, Monica Deal Wise (Chris) of Hickory, Michael W Jarrett (Jennifer) of Conover, Lynette J Ryhal (David) of Hickory, Leanna Childers of Brooklyn, NY and Chris Childers of Newton; his great grandchildren, Kelsey, Kara, Kyra, Davy, Jackson, Owen and Ella; and his wife Hazel Irene Rowlett Comby. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
