We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2023, at the age of 86, Willard Brooks Frazier of Newton, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Goldie Frazier Cloud; and his stepfather Ed Cloud. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hicks Frazier; his daughters, Kim Reitzel (Baron) of Newton, Lynn Kinder (Tim) of Maiden and Janet Poovey (Josh) of Maiden; and his grandchildren, Sarah Lail, Adrienne Scott (Hunter), Hannah Reitzel (Ashley), Ethan Reitzel (Gwen), Lydia Silva (Josh) and Luke Poovey. He is also survived by 5 Great-Grandchildren.
