She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Ray and Ethel Calhoun Wright; her husband Troy Hartsoe; her sons, Danny Blackburn, Billy Blackburn and Larry Blackburn; and her siblings, Clayton, Sherrill, William, Dean Wright, Pauline Wallace and Shelby Miller.
She is survived by: her children, David Blackburn (Cathy), Ray Blackburn (Penny), Tim Hartsoe, Doris Hildebran and Sandra Mecimore (Tim); her siblings, Kenneth Wright, Mildred Freeman and Roma Richards; her niece Tammie Abe; and her nephews, James Blackburn and Wayne Blackburn.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the Drum Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Carolina Caring.
