He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Eugene Carter Jr. and Linda Chambers Carter; his son Todd Nicholas Carter of Conover; his stepchildren, Kanan, Tyler, Quentin and Morgan; his brother Christopher Carter (Tina) of Newton; his nieces and nephews, Mackenzie and Triston; his brothers, Jamie Todd Carter and Thomas E. Carter III; and his grandparents, James, Wilma Chambers, Albert, Irene Arney and Thomas E. Carter.
